  • How will I receive my tracking?
    • All tracking numbers will be emailed to the email you enter at check out. If there is an issue with your tracking number, please feel free to contact us if your order exceeds a reasonable delivery time frame. 
  • What if I entered my email/shipping address/phone number incorrectly on my order?
    • Please contact IMMEDIATELY to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address.
  • How much time do I have to change ANY information on my order once it has shipped?
    • Once order has been shipped and activity shows on shipping, you will be held responsible to contact USPS to make changes on their end.It is crucial ALL information is entered correctly, from: email, phone number, and mailing address. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information.
  • What if my order shows it was non-deliverable?
    • Please contact us to confirm we received the non-deliverable order. Once we have confirmed the order is at Slay Emporium, we will ask to provide your order number and correct shipping information.
